Just another day at the office for Industry Connect!

One of our graduates has landed a new job and has launched their career in the IT Industry.

This time it’s Nidhi, who after joining us has secured a job as a data engineer.

We caught up with her to ask about her time with us and to wish her good luck with her new job.

Congratulations Nidhi! So how was your journey at industry Connect?

Well, it’s a task system. It’s like a process to improve yourself. It’s not like you’re just left in an advanced class and then if you’re new, you’re left frustrated.

So yeah, the task system is good, and then you have mentors which you can approach, so that’s also good.

Then you have scrum meetings and team meetings, and that helped us to communicate. Then there were CV checks… so yeah, I think that all plays different roles and makes one complete product like us!

Would you recommend Industry Connect?

Yes, of course! Of course, one hundred percent. Because I am one of those people, so why would I not recommend Industry Connect?

This was the first time I got a reference check, and now I have a job, so yes, of course I would recommend them! 🙂
