Auckland is once again the setting for some good news as Ethan has just landed a job as a software developer!

We caught up with him to ask about his time with Industry Connect and if he would recommend us to others in his situation.

First of all Ethan, congratulations on your new job as a software developer! Tell us, how was your journey with Industry Connect?

I think the internship is very beautiful! I gained a lot of knowledge about both front and backend, and I think that knowledge is very useful in the New Zealand IT industry. Industry Connect is very up-to-date with the knowledge you learn here.

At first, I worked in MVP Studio, in project Talent, and after that I worked on AimyPlus, and I was in the position for a year and a half. IT was a long journey for me and I learned a lot from my teammates and my team leader, and they taught me lot about the work measure in New Zealand and the software industry.

What would you like to suggest to others?

Well first, MVP Studio is a very good company. My experience here is nothing but good memories.

I would suggest to people to try your best and to keep seeking job opportunities.
